The fact is that you want something that works, and that works in the quickest way possible and finally gets rid of the problem once and for all. So in this video, we go through the main questions that you need to think about — the first is do you want a drug-based anxiety and panic disorder treatment treatment or a naturally based treatment.

Many people nowadays are quite concerned about the side-effects of taking drugs particularly when there are less dangerous, natural ways to deal with things like  panic attacks and other related anxieties disorders.

Life is all about choices.

Sometimes we can put them off and nothing really bad happens by delaying. But other times – putting things off means that we lose out on something or worse – we get something we don’t want.

This is one of those times when you have to take action and make a few choices – and doing so, you could change your life for forever and for the better.

First choice you need to make is do you want to get better?
Do you want to be free of a problem that you don’t deserve and frankly don’t really have to put up with.

I’m guessing that your basically a regular person so the answer to that I’m sure is yes – I want my life back.

So as that’s a yes then the second choice is to decide how you want to deal with it.

Do you want to take drugs on a drug based for treatment or do you want to use more natural ways.

So lets have a look at those – starting with the drug based treatments and then move on to the natural – drug free ones

If you want the drug based treatment are you then prepared to risk the multitude of side effects that that you can suffer from – if you choose to be treated with the drugs that are commonly used for treating anxiety and panic disorders.

The thing to remember is that most drugs for anxiety and panic disorders are not meant to be taken long-term. The two main reasons for this are because of the risk of dependency towards a drug and also the side-effects caused by the drugs. So just what are these side effects?

The more common drugs give rise to quite a variety of side effects these include dizziness, headaches, nausea, sexual dysfunction, upset stomach and those are just the less serve ones
One thing to note is that some of the side-effects are exactly the same as the symptoms that people want treated in the first place.

And, If you do decide to go down the drug treatment route – make sure that your medical adviser takes everything into consideration -including what side effects you will find tolerable -  when deciding which drugs that you should have and also make sure that you asked them if a generic version of the drug is available as that will be substantially cheaper.

The effectiveness of the treatment will vary greatly from person-to-person and will depend on things like, how good  match you are to the drug your medical adviser has prescribed is for you – both physically, mentally and with regards to the symptoms that you find the most troublesome. As drugs are a short term solution to anxiety and panic disorders you may find that the course of treatment comes to an end before the problem has been effectively dealt with. This means that you will need to go back to your medical adviser and discuss a new course of treatment with them. However it must always be borne in mind that drugs do not deal with the underlying cause of anxiety and panic disorders, they will normally only deal with the symptoms.

If a drug based treatment is not for you because you’d rather choose a more natural way of dealing with anxiety and panic disorders, then the next choice you need to make is do you want to slowly get rid of the problem or do you want to get rid of them in the quickest way possible.

Let us look at the fast ways first — as if that’s what you want – you won’t want to hang around.

Fast ways involve using a forms of therapy that have been around for a number of decades. Which Over that time have been refined to the point where they have matured into very effective forms of treatment for anxiety and panic disorders. These are cognitive therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy or C B T

They have  two main advantages. The first is that,  in the forms I’m going to suggest they are drug-free. And the second advantage is that the hundreds of thousands of people that have used these types of therapy have found them to be very effective indeed.

Something that works this well is obviously not going to be free but neither is it going to be at all expensive, -for many people it will be much less than the cost of a night out.

And any right thinking person will be sure that their life is worth far more than just the cost of one night out.

On that note it only fair that I point out that there are a lot of these type of courses available. However like everything else in life – some of them are better than others. You obviously want the one that’s going to help you as effectively as it can. In order to help you make that choice I’ve looked at many of those available and eliminated the ones that seemed to me – to be not worth the time or the effort.
