		<description>Its important to remember that you are not alone and that may struggle with the same issue. Also surround yourself with people you can talk openly about your problems. I find that to be the healthiest thing for me.</description>

It&#039;s true, so many people go through life suffering because admitting that there is a problem feels like such a sign of weakness to them or they feel that making changes in their lives is too hard and too much work.  They have the potential to be so much happier if they would just make the decision to deal with the problem.</description>

Among the world’s leading anxiety authorities, the late Dr. Claire Weekes, described how almost all panic disorders begin with a form of fatigue—mental, physical, or emotional. If used up in any one of these areas, the body and mind become extremely  sensitized and vulnerable to “nervous illness”  recognized today as an anxiety disorder.  I feel  Dr. Weekes’s theory most correctly describes the real origin of anxiety disorder.</description>
