And that is simply because – if you’ve never had a real heart attack – it sure seems like you’re having one when this particular symptoms strikes.

When you look at anxiety disorders and symptoms you notice that they are very similar to the classical symptoms of a heart attack. These include:

sudden chest pain – typically radiating to the left arm or left side of the neck.

So thinking you may be having a heart attack is quite forgivable – but if you have any real concerns, do see your doctor – just to be on the safe side. After all, these particular symptoms of panic and anxiety disorders are so similar to a real heart attack that it’s not something you want to take chances over.
