Does Easy Calm get rid of anxiety and panic attacks ?

There are many systems you could try.

However, EasyCalm is one of those that made it here into my top five, simply because it does work – for most people.

The question is:  Will EasyCalm work for you, or will one of the other ones I recommend be better?

How does EasyCalm work ?

It works by using a cognitive approach and a variety of different techniques to change the individual’s “thinking habits”, and confront the root causes of anxiety and panic attacks.  Treating anxiety in this manner has proven to be very effective, and has no side effects or other counter indications.

It is a real long-term solution, because in order to stop anxiety and panic attacks it is necessary to get to the root causes of these problems.  Natural programs such as EasyCalm focus on the underlying “control issues” to treat anxiety and panic attacks from the “bottom up.”

Who is EasyCalm meant for ?

This program seeks to help anyone of any background, age and experience, to eliminate anxiety and stop panic attacks once and for all.

Who made EasyCalm and why ?

EasyCalm was developed by Jon Mercer, who suffered for more than 20 years with serious anxiety and panic attack problems.  After many years on SSRI medication, Jon finally came off them and dealing with the withdrawal symptoms.

Over the coming years, Jon learnt an enormous amount about the problem, both from personal experience and academic study, and finally discovered a combination of techniques and practical exercise that at first “controlled, and then eliminated, the anxiety and panic problems I had dealt with for so long.”

The EasyCalm Video Coaching Series is actually the culmination of Jon’s experience coaching individuals one-on-one for so many years.

Has EasyCalm worked for others?

Yes, it has a great number of testimonials that you can see on the EasyCalm web site

Will EasyCalm work for me ?

Using common sense, publicly available data, and other commercially sensitive information, I’ve been able to determine that EasyCalm has a very high success rate in the high ninety percent  range – so just the course on it’s own should work for you as well.

But just in case you’re not sure, the developer – Jon, has really taken ‘try before you buy’ to the next level, as you can see the first video of his course on his website EasyCalm Website.

What do I get for my money ?

You get 10 videos that last an average of 20 minutes each, making a total of over three hours of material.

The videos take you step by step through each of the exercises so you’ll be in no doubt as to what you should do and how you should do it.  Also, Jon is giving you direct email access to his personal mail box, just in case there is anything you don’t quite understand or need further help with.

And there is also a free newsletter that has a whole host for tips, articles and access to other resources.

When I re-checked the web site the other day, he had added more value to the course by offering 3 more audios, including the complete course as MP3 files.  That means you can listen to the full series anywhere you go, either on your iPod or any other MP3 player.  You could even burn it to a CD if you wanted to.

At $97, EasyCalm is in the middle of the price range, and looking at what you get it seems to be good value for the money.

Is there anything bad about EasyCalm that I should know about ?

No, remember that EasyCalm is in my top recommendation for anxiety and panic attack treatments.  To get there it has to have passed some pretty stiff tests:

1.  It has been developed by someone trustworthy and respected in the field

2.  It has numerous testimonials from real people that vouch for it’s effectiveness

3.  It has a 100% guarantee.

In this case, you have 8 weeks to try it at your own pace and if it doesn’t work for you, you can get a full refund.

However, this is video based so would be suited to anyone who likes to see the person who’s talking and feels they will get more value from that type of presentation.

But by the same token, it may not be for you if you prefer to have something in writing.

If that’s what you like there are other systems that are better suited to your needs.

What if I don’t like the EasyCalm system ?

That should not be an issue as you can see the first video in the course before you buy; however that said, you have 8 weeks to try it at your own pace and if in that time you feel it’s not for you, you can get a full 100% refund with no questions asked.

Is EasyCalm the best system for me ?

In order to help you find the best system to use, I have spent a lot of time and effort reviewing all the ones I can.  So just to make sure you’re doing the best you can for yourself, do look at all the options before you make a final decision.

Have a look at the “How To Choose” section too, as that lists many of the things you should consider before you decide which program is best for you.

While EasyCalm is the best of it’s type, there may be one that just has that something different you need.
