I take care of a disabled child all day every day and it takes a lot out of me just to keep up with lifes daily demands and i need someone who can spare some happy and relaxing times with in order to cope, we do not get out much , have no to speak of and i personally feel isolated from the world . Any suggestions ?? he will not go get help or medical wise and when he does go to the doctor he tells them he is ok , but he is not ok it is getting from bad to unbearable.

I have and and am afraid to get in , much less approach a girl (even though I am a pretty good looking, intellegent guy). Everyone else in my family has family with kids. I am getting older and want this for myself, but I want to get rid of the PTSD first. What can I do??
I self diagnosed it as such. I have seen a who believes it is PTSD as well. I also saw a who thinks it’s although I disagree with his diagnosis. I started having this memory about 2 years ago and It was so painful that I pulled back. It feels like something is stuck there and I don’t know what to do. I am on Paxil and Remeron right now and they work great for my . What would help with my headaches?

I am leery of taking any more since I don’t think they really help the underlying problem. I want the memory out and gone. Everytime I try to relax and let it out, I can’t get to it.

I am 23 and I have overdosed numerous times. I have been in Intensive Care, and in two coma’s. I’ve been admitted to the numerous times and diagnosed with Major , Post traumatic stress , Anxiety and Borderline Disorder. Whenever I have attempted suicide, both the police and has been here and they’re still in contact to make sure I’m doing okay and any little thing and they . I just want to pack up and leave. I’m 23 so I am of legal age, but they even said that if I leave, they’ll find me and bring me to the hospital. They say I’m not well enough. Can they seriously do something just because they think I am a danger to myself and because I have a history of . Just because I’ve attempted suicide a dozen times since the start of the year , doesn’t mean I’ll do it again. I’ve just had it. So If I just leave, can they seroiusly look for me and than bring me to the hospital ? This isn’t fair

How have you battled Social Anxiety Disorder?

I feel like it’s ruining my life! I am OVERLY aware of EVERYTHING and soooo self-conscious. I even have phone . It seems to get more intense as I get older. I was outgoing as a child and it slowly started in middle school and is at an all time high for me now that I am 23. It brings on as well and makes it hard for me to concentrate or relax …or even well. I would give ANYTHING for ONE day to be "easygoing & carefree". Is there a for any of this? How have you battled this? Techniques and/or meds? I was on Paxil and it was awesome except it ballooned me up to 230 pounds and completely took away my . I’m really sensitive to . I can’t even take . HELP!
Thanks for the helpful answers. Please avoid answering if you are telling people to "get over it" etc. It’s not that easy..because if it were..people would! It’s an imbalance. Also, I’m not sure about everyone, but I’m sure my abusive past has intensified it..which I’m working on freeing myself from. It isn’t as easy as "just fixing it" so keep your ignorant comments to yourself. It’s like me preaching to someone with cancer and telling them " Well you need to be positive and stop feeling sorry for yourself..eat healthy and you will get better". Doesn’t work that way!
