You may not have such a big need for anxiety and panic attack treatment at the moment. So maybe that means you’re happy to take a little bit more time and use a more gentle approach to dealing with either your own problem or the problem of somebody close to you.

If that’s the case, then there are a whole range of medicinal herbs, homoeopathic, dietary supplements and more that you can use for treating anxiety panic disorder.

In this video we go over some of those, touching on the advantages that may be gained by taking this approach.

Of course some people, may want or need to have the problem dealt with far more quickly. If that’s the case then have a look at the suggested anxiety and panic attack treatments.

which brings us on to the slow ways of dealing with them will involve a number of steps.

First, you will need to set time aside to look at your life and see what it is that is causing the problem and Secondly,

Set more time aside to make the lifestyle changes that are needed in order to get rid of the things but it may be that you want a bit of gentle support to help you through that so what I suggest you do – is go through the list of 101 different natural ways to get rid of anxiety and panic attacks.

Briefly, this will list for you the many different herbs, homoeopathic, and natural products for treating anxiety and panic disorder. You can use these to feel calmer, more relaxed and less panicky. At the same time it will tell you about food and drink that you can have that will help you maintain a calmer attitude thus overcome anxiety and panic. It will also tell you about the food and drinks that you should avoid because they aggravate feelings of anxiousness and encourage panic episodes.

The other thing that you might want to do is to go through the information parts of the website and find out more about the causes, symptoms, and other aspects of anxiety and panic attack as through understanding these you will be more able to help yourself or the person close to you who has a problem.

I would first recommend that you look at the causes of panic attack page including the video as these will give you an outline understanding of the problem. For instance …

High levels of stress are commonly found in people who have panic attacks – and it’s not just certain types of stress that seemed to be the cause. Stress really does have the effect of causing intense anxiety or panic and can come from major events such as the separation from or the death of someone close to you.

Then you might want to look at the symptoms page — again for more understanding and to confirm one way or another if there really is a problem with anxiety or panic. After all…

Unless you’ve experienced a panic attack it can be difficult to understand exactly how terrifying they can be.

Most commonly people feel a deep sense of fear or dread that is so intense they can feel it within their bodies. Some may feel that their hearts pounding racing to such an extent that their chest hurts – while at the same time others may feel that their short of breath.

Quite commonly people feel dizzy and lightheaded some feel their body switching between hot and cold are quite a few people get tingling and numbness.

Lastly I would suggest you review the rest of the website – particularly paying attention to the practical things that you can do to lessen or remove the causes of anxiety such as avoiding certain foods and drinks and aid the relief from anxiety and panic by for instance making sure your sleep is as good as it should be and maybe even employing the help of some herbs or other natural supplements.

The fact is that you want something that works, and that works in the quickest way possible and finally gets rid of the problem once and for all. So in this video, we go through the main questions that you need to think about — the first is do you want a drug-based anxiety and panic disorder treatment treatment or a naturally based treatment.

Many people nowadays are quite concerned about the side-effects of taking drugs particularly when there are less dangerous, natural ways to deal with things like  panic attacks and other related anxieties disorders.

That said then, normally the second question, revolves around what type of natural treatment you go for as after all it’s far better to go down the natural route first is by doing so no harm can be done. But what a lot of people don’t understand is that for these type of disorders the drug-free options are often the most effective, the longest lasting and certainly the only type of treatment that deals with the cause of the problem rather than just playing around with the symptoms. At the bottom of the page you will find a transcript of the video if you would like to read it.

Life is all about choices.

Sometimes we can put them off and nothing really bad happens by delaying. But other times – putting things off means that we lose out on something or worse – we get something we don’t want.

This is one of those times when you have to take action and make a few choices – and doing so, you could change your life for forever and for the better.

First choice you need to make is do you want to get better?
Do you want to be free of a problem that you don’t deserve and frankly don’t really have to put up with.

I’m guessing that your basically a regular person so the answer to that I’m sure is yes – I want my life back.

So as that’s a yes then the second choice is to decide how you want to deal with it.

Do you want to take drugs on a drug based for treatment or do you want to use more natural ways.

So lets have a look at those – starting with the drug based treatments and then move on to the natural – drug free ones

If you want the drug based treatment are you then prepared to risk the multitude of side effects that that you can suffer from – if you choose to be treated with the drugs that are commonly used for treating anxiety and panic disorders.

Before you make that decision, you probably want to know what the advantages and disadvantages of drug based treatments and you’ll definitely  want to know more about the side-effects that those drugs can cause – there is a list under this video.

The thing to remember is that most drugs for anxiety and panic disorders are not meant to be taken long-term. The two main reasons for this are because of the risk of dependency towards a drug and also the side-effects caused by the drugs. So just what are these side effects?

The more common drugs give rise to quite a variety of side effects these include dizziness, headaches, nausea, sexual dysfunction, upset stomach and those are just the less serve ones
One thing to note is that some of the side-effects are exactly the same as the symptoms that people want treated in the first place.

The cost of drug treatments available to you will depend very much on the health care program available where you live. so costs will vary
And, If you do decide to go down the drug treatment route – make sure that your medical adviser takes everything into consideration -including what side effects you will find tolerable -  when deciding which drugs that you should have and also make sure that you asked them if a generic version of the drug is available as that will be substantially cheaper.

The effectiveness of the treatment will vary greatly from person-to-person and will depend on things like, how good  match you are to the drug your medical adviser has prescribed is for you – both physically, mentally and with regards to the symptoms that you find the most troublesome. Have a look at the drugs commonly used page to find out what drugs are used to treat what symptoms – and how those particular drugs affect the body.

As drugs are a short term solution to anxiety and panic disorders you may find that the course of treatment comes to an end before the problem has been effectively dealt with. This means that you will need to go back to your medical adviser and discuss a new course of treatment with them. However it must always be borne in mind that drugs do not deal with the underlying cause of anxiety and panic disorders, they will normally only deal with the symptoms.

If a drug based treatment is not for you because you’d rather choose a more natural way of dealing with anxiety and panic disorders, then the next choice you need to make is do you want to slowly get rid of the problem or do you want to get rid of them in the quickest way possible.

Let us look at the fast ways first — as if that’s what you want – you won’t want to hang around.

Fast ways involve using a forms of therapy that have been around for a number of decades. Which Over that time have been refined to the point where they have matured into very effective forms of treatment for anxiety and panic disorders. These are cognitive therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy or C B T

They have  two main advantages. The first is that,  in the forms I’m going to suggest they are drug-free. And the second advantage is that the hundreds of thousands of people that have used these types of therapy have found them to be very effective indeed.

Something that works this well is obviously not going to be free but neither is it going to be at all expensive, -for many people it will be much less than the cost of a night out.

And any right thinking person will be sure that their life is worth far more than just the cost of one night out.

On that note it only fair that I point out that there are a lot of these type of courses available. However like everything else in life – some of them are better than others. You obviously want the one that’s going to help you as effectively as it can. In order to help you make that choice I’ve looked at many of those available and eliminated the ones that seemed to me – to be not worth the time or the effort.

Having eliminated those I was left with five that I have sufficient confidence in to suggest to you. You’ll find out more about those on panicbreakers.com recommended solution page.
