social anxiety disorder?

I have weird social problems, I don’t speak out loud in large crowds, say some kid calls me a name ill just make a face(like what the eff is your problem) if they come closer ill ask them whats their deal, I do have friends, and am very open with them, at school once to many people are in the classroom i shut down and don’t talk a lot, i’ve had long relationships that were very close, I’m not a , Some days i don’t even feel like trying to go and talk to anyone only if they come to me, but then some days ill just go and talk with people, it seems up and down, my sister developed by polar but they think it was because after she had her child she got that thing and then that developed into by polar, so i probably don’t have that. I have had attacks a in my life, do i have social anxiety disorder or what?

How long do anxiety symptoms last?

Ive had a couple of attacks the past month and have some symptoms. One of them is that I have loss my , but its weird because I can eat things that I really enjoy eating. I get all the time but its not like im having a panic attacks at the time. Also when I go outside or something it feels like the world outside looks like a dream. I get panicky sometimes when that happens. I dont know what to do anymore, any would be appreciated THANKS

I have been on 20 mg almost 2 years because of , but recently I have been feeling like maybe its not working??? i am wondering what actions to take to get on a good reliable medication that will treat these symptoms:constant tension, worry, (i also have been diagnosed with add)-the and drive to do daily activities, , some days i will only get 2 hours of while others I could all day and still wake up tired as . I am always tired, and lately i think i have been having attacks…in a stressful situation-mostly when i interact with other people. I get this like paranoid feeling that I doing something stupid (maybe i am who knows, i sometimes care…sometimes i don’t) or that other people are thinking that I am crazy by the way they look at me or talk to me. i know its . But the anxiety is really start to eat away at me here lately. I don’t understand why this happens, i used to be the cont’d…….
I used to be such a sociable interactive person…but the medication just is not working. I have heard of some medications to take this edge off (or chemically balance?) me, but what are some to recommend to talk to my doctor about?
