All natural Anxiety/Social Anxiety medication?

Ok so I have General Anxiety Disorder and .
My doctor prescribed be with Venlafaxine, it worked for about the first 2 weeks and then it stopped. I asked him to higher my dose, so he did. It made me get all wierd. My mood was like changing alot, I got all jumpy and if anything it was making my worse. So I decided to stop taking it for one day (yesterday) and today I was all dizzy and felt like I was going to throw up for like 5 hours. I have vowed never to use non- again, because if this is what its REALLY doing to my body, its rather horrible. Its shit.
Anyways does anyone know any good natural social anxiety/general that works? It would be best if you could speak from ! :)
